System-level focus on improving operational efficiency, quality, and compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities included leading an organizational policy overhaul, developing data pipelines and dashboards to streamline billing and reduce documentation errors, and leading our accredited education program.

Executive-level leadership role responsible for education and quality of patient care in a large 911 EMS system with critical care transfer and fixed-wing flight programs. Key accomplishments included building a quality management program and team from the ground up, growing the education team, using data analytics to improve education program performance and results, and designing dashboards and data visualization for improving quality of care.

Responsible for quality management program, employee continuing education, and accredited education programs. Key accomplishments included applying data analytics to improve hiring processes, answer questions about deployment of life-saving treatments, and guide organizational decision-making. Introduced high-quality audio/video production capability, built interactive online coursework, and launched a podcast. Also conducted and contributed to clinical research.

Clinical Specialist

Coordinated quality assurance/quality improvement programs and taught continuing education courses. My key responsibilities included developing and deploying analytics reports using SQL, Crystal REports, R, and Tableau. I was also the project manager for a major Electronic Health Records software transition and developed a new 350+ page clinical operating guidelines policy manual.
